Happy Mother's Day to you! I hope that, whether you are a Mom or not, you had a fantastic and relaxing day yesterday!
I wanted to share some Mother's day and Mom related pages today.

I also wanted to offer you a tip or two with each of my digital delights.
The pages above are from Mother's Day 2010 and from the days following. My mom was in town right after Mother's Day. It was near her birthday so my girls and I planned a special birthday party for her complete with carrot cake cupcakes (her favorite) and a scrapbook I made for her with all the pictures from her childhood.
Once I get this album printed, these two pages will be a two page spread.
My TIP for you today, is to coordinate something on the pages. You will notice that these pages are somewhat different in their color schemes. I wanted the red on the party page to tie in with the colors of those photos. To bring the two pages together, I added one similar pink paper to both pages. I think as long as you are somewhat along the same lines, this ‘trick' will work to bring your pages together. They are certainly not matchy, matchy and they also work together (at least in my opinion).

The first page as well as the pink paper on the second page are from a freebie kit I got a couple of years ago. I looked all over the internet for you, but I couldn't find this neat It's About Mom package. I got it from a scrapbook blog hop back in 2010. It was free. As I said, I looked for a long time for you, but I couldn't find it. If you find it, please email me with the link and I will add it to this post. It is such a cute package and so perfect for Mother's Day pages.

Now for the details. Click on any of the items to follow a link and learn more or to download the font.
